Ful Stop – End Alduin Before He Eats The World
Inspired by the End Times mod, Ful Stop is a plug-and-play consequence mod that encourages you to interact with the main quest to prevent your save from being doomed. It takes the basic concepts of End Times and makes it a lot easier to drop into a save regardless of the current main quest progress.
The mod motivates you and gives the main quest a sense of urgency to complete it, giving weight to the end of the world by making it have the consequence you’d expect it to if you were to ignore the world ending threat.
I recommend using a lot of hard saves so that you may correct mistakes in how you choose to spend your time if it comes down to the wire and you can’t stop Alduin in time.
Just drop into the game, the mod takes into account your progress, whether you beat the first dragon, or Alduin himself (dunno why you’d want to install this after you beat Alduin, but you do you ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)
By default, the world will end in 31 days after installation, or 31 days after the first dragon at Whiterun Watch Tower is defeated if it hasn’t been at the time of installation. You can tweak this amount and the mod will adjust for it.
Killing dragons will delay Alduin’s return! The less dragons there are, the less chaos and souls Alduin will have to eat. If you need to buy some time, kill a dragon! (optional)
Delay Limit. By default, you can only delay the inevitable by so much before Alduin is powerful enough to swallow the world whole. (optional)
Delay cutoff. If you are down to the wire, it’s already too late. You need to stop Alduin with the time you have, or reload a save.
Sleep messages. During sleep and the final 2 weeks, you will be reminded of your destiny to defeat Alduin, and an estimation of how many days you have left.
Prophetic Meditation. You have a power that allows you to meditate on how much time the world may have left.
Notifications during the final days. You have notifications that remind you that the world is ending soon. (Optional)
Majora’s Mask like rumbling. During the final 48 hours, your world will begin to rumble and shake, heeding your impending fate. (Optional)
Lock settings. This setting will instantly remove the other settings, locking in your course for the future of how the mod will work. Prevents you from being tempted to change things, unless you find a way to unlock it that I TOTALLY didn’t implement at all, no siree 😉
